Credit Card Accounts. IF YOU HAVE A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WITH THE CREDIT UNION, YOU SPECIALLY AGREE THAT THE SECURITY INTEREST, CONSENSUAL LIEN, AND CROSS- COLLATERALIZATION CLAUSES ALSO APPLY TO THAT CREDIT CARD AND THAT GRANTING THESE RIGHTS TO US IS A CONDITION OF OBTAINING THE CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF WE FAIL TO STOP PAYMENT ON AN ITEM, OR PAY AN ITEM BEARING AN UNAUTHORIZED SIGNATURE, FORGED SIGNATURE, OR FORGED INDORSEMENT OR ALTERATION, OUR LIABILITY, IF ANY, WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FACE AMOUNT OF THE ITEM.
Credit Card Accounts means, collectively, all accounts maintained with the Card Company and all sub-accounts to the accounts maintained with the Card Company from time to time by the Customer for the Cardholders;
Credit Card Accounts means all present and future rights of any Loan Party to payment from any Credit Card Issuer, Credit Card Processor or other third party in connection with the sale or transfer of Accounts arising pursuant to the sale of goods or rendition of services to customers who have purchased such goods or services using a credit card or a debit card, including, but not limited to, all amounts at any time due or to become due from any Credit Card Issuer or Credit Card Processor under the Credit Card Agreements or otherwise, in each case above calculated net of prevailing interchange charges.

Examples of Credit Card Accounts in a sentence

  • In no event does possession of multiple certificates or TD Credit Card Accounts entitle an Insured Person to benefits in excess of those described herein for any Loss sustained.

More Definitions of Credit Card Accounts

Credit Card Accounts means all accounts established by or on behalf of Suncrest under which a purchase, cash advance or credit transaction may be or has been made by a Cardholder by means of a Credit Card.
Credit Card Accounts means any “payment intangibles,” as defined in the UCC or PPSA, receivables or other rights to payment of a monetary obligation due to any Loan Party from a credit card issuer or a credit card processor in connection with purchases of Inventory of such Loan Party in the ordinary course of business on (a) credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, each of their respective Affiliates, and any other credit card issuers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) private label credit cards of any Loan Party issued under non-recourse arrangements substantially similar to those in effect on the Effective Date or (c) debit cards and mall cards issued by issuers or providers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in each case, which have been earned by performance by such Loan Party but not yet paid to such Loan Party by such credit card issuer or credit card processor.
Credit Card Accounts means any “payment intangibles”, as defined in the UCC, or receivables due to any Borrower from a credit card issuer or a credit card processor in connection with purchases of Inventory of such Borrower in the ordinary course of business on (a) credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, each of their respective Affiliates, and any other credit card issuers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) private label credit cards of any Borrower issued under non-recourse arrangements substantially similar to those in effect on the Effective Date or (c) debit cards and mall cards issued by issuers or providers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, in each case under this definition, which have been earned by performance by such Borrower but not yet paid to such Borrower by such credit card issuer or credit card processor.

Credit Card Accounts means any “payment intangibles,” as defined in the UCC, receivables or other rights to payment of a monetary obligation due to any Loan Party in connection with purchases of Inventory of such Loan Party in the ordinary course of business from (1) a credit card issuer or a credit card processor with respect to (a) credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, each of their respective Affiliates, and any other credit card issuers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) private label credit cards of any Loan Party issued under non-recourse arrangements substantially similar to those in effect on the date hereof or (c) debit cards issued by issuers or providers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (2) PayPal, Inc., Stripe, Square, Venmo, Apple Pay, AfterPay, Klarna or any other similar “Buy Now, Pay Later” product, or any other e-commerce service providers or electronic payment services providers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, or (3) subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion, Progressive Leasing under the Progressive Leasing Documents, in each case, which have been earned by performance by such Loan Party but not yet paid to such Loan Party by such credit card issuer, credit card processor, or other service provider.
Credit Card Accounts means any “payment intangibles,” as defined in the UCC or PPSA, receivables or other rights to payment of a monetary obligation due to any Loan Party in connection with purchases of Inventory of such Loan Party in the ordinary course of business from (1) a credit card issuer or a credit card processor with respect to (a) credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, each of their respective Affiliates, and any other credit card issuers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, (b) private label credit cards of any Loan Party issued under non-recourse arrangements substantially similar to those in effect on the Closing Date or (c) debit cards issued by issuers or providers that are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent or (2) PayPal, Inc., Stripe, Square, Venmo, Apple Pay, AfterPay or any other similar “Buy-Now, Pay Later” product, or any other e-commerce service providers or electronic payment services providers that are reasonably acceptable to the
