Private rental vehicle or “vehicle” means a motor vehicle
Private rental vehicle or “vehicle” means a motor vehicle owned and registered to an individual that is used in a private vehicle rental program and which is insured, or subject to being insured, under a private passenger automobile insurance policy by the registered owner.

  • Mobile home space means a parcel of land for rent which has been designed to accommodate a mobile home and provide the required sewer and utility connections.

  • Residential rental property means property that is used solely as leased or rented property for residential purposes. If the property is a space rental mobile home park, residential rental property includes the rental space that is leased or rented by the owner of that rental space but does not include the mobile home or recreational vehicle that serves as the actual dwelling if the dwelling is owned and occupied by the tenant of the rental space and not by the owner of the rental space.

  • Utility vehicle means a motor vehicle that is (i) designed for off-road use, (ii) powered by an

  • Rental company means any person or entity in the business of primarily providing vehicles intended for the private transportation of passengers to the public under a rental agreement for a period not to exceed ninety days.

  • Transport vehicle means a motor vehicle or rail car used for the transportation of cargo by any mode. Each cargo-carrying body (trailer, railroad freight car, etc.) is a separate transport vehicle.

  • Tank vehicle means any commercial motor vehicle that is designed to transport any liquid or

  • Lease Rentals means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed rental or operating lease expense payable by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Semi-private Room means a room categorized as a semi-private or second class room by a Hospital. In case if the hospital does not have any room categorisation, a Semi-private Room shall mean a room in Hospital shared by no more than two (2) people but excluding any Standard Private Room or above.

  • Operating Lease means, as applied to any Person, any lease (including, without limitation, leases which may be terminated by the lessee at any time) of any Property (whether real, personal or mixed) which is not a Capital Lease other than any such lease in which that Person is the lessor.

  • Vehicle means every device in, on or by which any person or property is or may be transported or

  • Reconstructed vehicle means every vehicle of a type required to be registered under this title

  • Rental means the Supplier’s charging rate for the hire of the Hire Goods which is current from time to time during the Hire Period;

  • residential premises means a house, building, structure, shelter, or mobile home, or portion thereof, used as a dwelling, home, residence, or living place by 1 or more human beings. “Residential premises” includes an apartment unit, a boardinghouse, a rooming house, a mobile home, a mobile home space, and a single or multiple family dwelling, but does not include a hotel, a motel, motor home, or other tourist accommodation, when used as a temporary accommodation for guests or tourists, or premises used as the principal place of residence of the owner and rented occasionally during temporary absences including vacation or sabbatical leave.

  • Affordable Rent means a rent which does not exceed eighty per centum (80%) of the market rent (inclusive of service charges) for an equivalent property of the relevant size and location such rent to be assessed and set in accordance with the applicable requirements of Legislation and of the Rent Standard;

  • Sublessee means any party to whom Lessee grants the right to possess all or any portion of the Premises according to a Sublease.

  • Commercial Premises means a place of trade or premises operated for financial gain, including but not limited to, a retirement village or a block of flats that has a common facility; a place of trade where the manufacture and production of products or produce takes place; a site where renovation, restoration and refurbishment work as described in Part B takes place.

  • Private Roads means Lateral Access Roads and the Company's access roads within a Railway Corridor;
