Private Water Line definition

Private Water Line means that portion of a Service Connection, which extends from the Service Connection Point to and within a Customer’s Property, comprised of the Customer owned assembly of pipes, fittings, fixtures, traps and appurtenances for providing water to a Customer’s Property, excluding the Meter owned by The County;
Private Water Line means the portion of the distribution system located on the customer’s side of the metered service connection.
Private Water Line means any water line that is not owned and/or maintained by the City. Private water lines shall not include water service for multiple lots or buildings where ownership of the mains could be disputed. The City will generally not allow private mains to be constructed without master metering or by other arrangements as specified by the Superintendent or his/her duly authorized agent.
