Private Water System definition

Private Water System means a source of water other than the Corporation's water distribution system.

Private Water System means any supply which provides water for drinking, culinary, and sanitary purposes and serves an owner-occupied single family dwelling. (Section 9(a)(5) of the Illinois Groundwater Protection Act)

More Definitions of Private Water System

Private Water System means any privately owned pipe and fittings intended for the delivery or distribution of water within a premise or to a property and includes any domestic use, irrigation system, green house and hydroponics system, and any other use of water supplied by the Waterworks System;
