Pro Forma Financial Information definition

Pro Forma Financial Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a).
Pro Forma Financial Information has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.05(a).
Pro Forma Financial Information means the unaudited pro forma Consolidated balance sheet, Consolidated statements of income or operations, and cash flows of the Parent and the Borrower as at February 2, 2020.
