Pro Forma Statement of Operations as defined in Section 4.1(a).
Pro Forma Statement of Operations means the unaudited pro forma consolidated statement of operations of the Borrower and its consolidated Subsidiaries as at December 31, 2001 (including the notes thereto) that was included in the Form 8-K filed by the Borrower dated April 29, 2002.
