Pro-Vice-Chancellor definition

Pro-Vice-Chancellor means the Pro-Vice Chancellor of the University;
Pro-Vice-Chancellor means the Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the University appointed under section 15;
Pro-Vice-Chancellor means the academic and executive officer, next to the Vice-Chancellor having purview of the entire university;
