Except as otherwise required by law or as directed by the Chancellor, Employee is expected to reside in proximity to the District and to perform the duties required under this Agreement on-site.
The District shall reimburse Employee for actual and necessary expenses incurred by Employee in the performance of Employees’ duties, in accordance with District policy and procedure (including, without limitation, Board Policy 8.55 and Administrative Procedure 8.55.1), subject to Chancellor approval for out of state travel.
