Problem Determination definition

Problem Determination means the process of determining whether a problem is being caused by hardware, software or documentation.
Problem Determination means isolation of a problem as either an Error or a problem of another nature with the system (e.g., BT Wireless operational, database, hardware/firmware, interfacing product, software and hardware other than Geoworks').
