Procedure in Writing definition

Procedure in Writing means the written or electronic procedure for decision making among the Noteholders in accordance with Clause 15 (Noteholders’ Meeting and Procedure in Writing, Modification and Waiver).

  • Notice in Writing or written notice shall mean a notice in writing, type or printed characters sent (unless delivered personally or otherwise provided to have been received) by registered post to the last known private or business address or registered office of the addressee and shall be deemed to have been received when in the ordinary course of post it would have been delivered.

  • Procedure means one or more surgical procedures or medical therapy performed in a Center of Excellence.

  • In writing or “written” means hand-written, type-written, printed or electronically made, and resulting in a permanent record;

  • Grievance Procedure is used in this Agreement, it shall be considered as including the arbitration procedure.

  • Direct Ordering Procedure means the ordering procedure set out in paragraph 2 of Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • Written Testing-the-Waters Communication means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a written communication within the meaning of Rule 405 under the Securities Act.

  • Day Case Procedure means a Medically Necessary surgical procedure for investigation or treatment to the Insured Person performed in a medical clinic, or day case procedure centre or Hospital with facilities for recovery as a Day Patient.

  • Written Testing-the-Waters Communications means any Testing-the-Waters Communication that is a Written Communication.

  • Complaints Procedure means the School's procedure for handling complaints from parents, as amended from time to time for legal or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. It does not form part of the contract between you and the School. A copy of the most up-to-date procedure is on the School's website and is otherwise available from the School at any time upon request;

  • Expedited Dispute Timetable means the accelerated timetable for the resolution of disputes as set out in paragraph 2.6;

  • OJEU Notice means the contract notice published in the Official Journal of the European Union.

  • Testing-the-Waters Communication means any oral or written communication with potential investors undertaken in reliance on Section 5(d) of the Securities Act.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8.

  • Aversive procedure means a systematic physical or sensory intervention program for modifying the behavior of a student with a disability which causes or reasonably may be expected to cause one or more of the following:

  • Variation Procedure means the procedure for carrying out a Variation as set out in Clause 19.1 (Variation Procedure);

  • Organic rules means the public organic record and private organic rules of an entity.

  • Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:

  • Rules of Procedure means the rules of procedure adopted by the Fund Council for the management of its own business, as originally adopted on July 16, 2010 and amended from time to time.

  • Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.

  • Written” or “in writing means hand-written in ink or any form of electronic or mechanical writing.

  • Dispute Resolution Procedure means the procedure for resolving disputes as set out in Clause 17 (Dispute Resolution);
