Variation Procedure definition

Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 22.1 (Variation Procedure);
Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 39;
Variation Procedure means the procedure set out in Clause 23.1 (Variation Procedure);

  • Without prejudice to the Supplier’s obligations under paragraph 123.1.3 of this Call Off Schedule, if it is not possible for the Supplier to reallocate resources to provide such assistance as is referred to in paragraph 123.1.2 of this Call Off Schedule without additional costs to the Customer, any additional costs incurred by the Supplier in providing such reasonable assistance which is not already in the scope of the Termination Assistance or the Exit Plan shall be subject to the Variation Procedure.

  • The Customer may terminate this Call Off Contract by issuing a Termination Notice to the Supplier for failure of the Parties to agree or the Supplier to implement a Variation in accordance with the Variation Procedure.

  • The Customer may, where it is reasonable to do so, Approve and require changes or amendments to the Security Management Plan to be implemented on timescales faster than set out in the Variation Procedure but, without prejudice to their effectiveness, all such changes and amendments shall thereafter be subject to the Variation Procedure for the purposes of formalising and documenting the relevant change or amendment for the purposes of this Call Off Contract.
