Procedures Letter definition

Procedures Letter means the letter dated as of August ___, 2008 issued by Lender and agreed to by Borrower which sets forth the procedures with respect to Advances and reporting to the extent such procedures are not covered in this Agreement.
Procedures Letter means an executed copy of the Procedures Letter, dated November 23, 2021, from the Company to the Depositary.
Procedures Letter means the letter, dated the date hereof, from Parent to the Company.
