Process Interface Manual definition

Process Interface Manual shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.01.
Process Interface Manual means the manual (electronic or hard copy) which describes the Service Delivery Processes and Service Management Processes and governs the performance of the Services. 141. [*]
Process Interface Manual means the process and procedures manual used by Provider and approved by Customer for delivery of Services to Customer Group.

  • The Service Management Processes and Service Delivery Processes, set forth below and further defined in the Process Interface Manual, will apply, in some combination, to all the Services and will be implemented, as described in this Exhibit.

  • Included in the knowledgebase will be the major elements of the Process Interface Manual, accessible to its Service Desk agents in an automated fashion.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

  • Project Manual means the volume usually assembled for the Work which may include the bidding requirements, sample forms, and other Contract Documents.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
