Processed Waste means the Waste that is actually delivered to the Site by or on behalf of the MUNICIPALITY and which is removed from the delivery vehicle or container or which is otherwise accepted for Handling at the Site.
Processed Waste means waste that has been segregated for the purpose of waste diversion/recycling and is destined for an end user;

This Agreement will not apply to Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Green Waste, Household Hazardous Waste and Agricultural Processed Waste that is self-hauled by the generator, or Green Waste generated and hauled by private landscaping services.
