Review Panel means a panel responsible for determining whether a reasonable basis exists for finding a violation of BSEF Rules, and for authorizing the issuance of notices of chargers against Persons alleged to have committed violations if the Review Panel believes that the matter should be adjudicated.
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Application Review Start Date means the later date of either the date on which the District issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application or the date on which the Comptroller issues its written notice that the Applicant has submitted a completed Application and as further identified in Section 2.3.A of this Agreement.
Procurement item means an item of personal property, a technology, a service, or a construction project.
Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Utilization review plan or "plan" means a written procedure for performing review.
Procurement Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Tetra Tech International Development) or upon the earlier termination of the process
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
LOCKHEED XXXXXX Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED XXXXXX'x cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
LOCKHEED MARTIN Procurement Representative means a person authorized by LOCKHEED MARTIN's cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.
Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.
Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
Procurement Agent means the district representative duly authorized to enter into and administer Contracts and make written determinations with respect to this solicitation or his/ her designee.
Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Clinical review criteria means the written screening procedures, decision abstracts, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines used by a health carrier to determine the necessity and appropriateness of health care services.
Procurement means the purchasing, buying, renting, leasing, or otherwise obtaining of any supplies, services, or construction. It includes all functions that pertain to the procurement of any supply, service, or construction item, including description of requirements, selection and solicitation of sources, preparation and award of contract, and all phases of contract administration;
Training Plan means the plan that outlines what training and assessment will be conducted off-the-job and what will be conducted on-the-job and how the Registered Training Organisation will assist in ensuring the integrity of both aspects of the training and assessment process.
HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.
Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
Supervisory Review means ongoing clinical case reviews in accordance with procedures developed by ADMINISTRATOR, to determine the appropriateness of Diagnosis and treatment and to monitor compliance to the minimum ADMINISTRATOR and Medi-Cal charting standards. Supervisory review is conducted by the program/clinic director or designee.
