Procuring agency of the County definition

Procuring agency of the County means the department or other subdivision of the County of Eddy that is requesting the procurement of services or items of tangible personal property.

"Purchase Order" or "PO" means the document which directs a contractor to deliver items of tangible personal property or services pursuant to an existing, valid contract.
