Product Quantity definition

Product Quantity means the number of tested [***] that meet the Performance Specifications and Acceptance Criteria.

  • During each Contract Year, Purchaser shall purchase from Producer no less than 85% of the Annual Supplied Product Quantity (defined below), with amounts pro-rated for the Contract Year in which this Agreement is expired or terminated (as applicable in each case, the “Minimum Annual Volume”).

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Section 3.1.4, Vivint shall be under no obligation to accept a Rush Order if the PO Product Quantity exceeds the buffer inventory of the ordered Products, if any, maintained pursuant to Section 7.1 as of the first Scheduled Ship Date proposed by Vivint Solar under such Purchase Order.

  • Product Quantity shall mean the quantity of Products to be supplied by [***] for the Project as more particularly set forth in the relevant Purchase Order.

  • For each Delivery Date, the Company shall provide to Xxxx, by no later than 2:00 p.m., CPT on the next Business Day, available meter tickets and/or meter readings and tank gauge readings confirming the Measured Product Quantity in each Product Storage Tank for each Product delivered during that Delivery Date.

  • Product Quantity shall mean the quantity of Products to be supplied by REC for the Project as more particularly set forth in the relevant Purchase Order.

  • Purchase Order from End User: Purchase Order (PO) must include End User Name, OEM/ Partner Name, Product, Quantity, Ship Date and must be signed; pricing to the End User may be redacted.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Purchased Inventory purchased by Customer under this Agreement shall not count towards any Monthly Period Product Quantity Minimum, any Monthly Period Product Quantity Cap or any Yearly Period Product Quantity Cap.

  • In accordance with the provisions of Section 4 below, Customer shall place Purchase Orders with Supplier for any given month for an amount of units of Product not less than the amount set forth in the Statement of Work under the heading “Monthly Period Product Quantity Minimum” (the “Monthly Period Product Quantity Minimum”) and not more than the amount set forth in the Statement of Work under the heading “Monthly Period Product Quantity Cap” (the “Monthly Period Product Quantity Cap”).

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Product Group or “the Group” means a group of lotteries that has joined together to offer a product pursuant to the terms of the Multi-State Lottery Agreement and the Product Group’s own rules.

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Bulk Product means Licensed Product supplied in a form other than Finished Product which can be converted into Finished Product.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.

  • Runtime Product means the version specific files and application program interfaces (APIs) specified in the RUNTIME.TXT file provided with SAP Crystal Reports 2008, SAP Crystal Reports for Eclipse 2.0, and SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2010.

  • SKU means stock keeping unit.

  • Product means any deliverable under the Contract, which may include commodities, services, technology or software.

  • Bundled Product means Product sold together with any other product(s) or service(s) at a single unit price, whether packaged together or separately, and which other product(s) or service(s) have material independent value from Product itself.

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Hemp product means the same as that term is defined in § 3.2-4112.

  • Drug Substance means an active ingredient that is intended to furnish pharmacological activity or other direct effect in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease or to affect the structure or any function of the human body, but does not include intermediates used in the synthesis of such ingredient.

  • Approved Product means any water fitting, plumbing product, material or component which is the subject of an existing WRAS Approval;

  • Required Quantity in a unit price Contract shall mean the actual quantity of any item of Work or materials which is required to be performed or furnished in order to comply with the Contract.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • API means American Petroleum Institute.
