Production Rights definition

Production Rights means each, any and all rights to conceive, create, prepare, supervise and proceed with the arrangement, recording, mixing and transmission of the Feed.
Production Rights means, any fee mineral interest, production rights, hydrocarbon or other mineral rights and all other royalties and interests of any kind or character in hydrocarbons or minerals in place and, as applicable, and any leasehold estates created thereby.
Production Rights means the right to process, manufacture, promote, distribute, sell and otherwise market the Branded Milk Products in the Territory.
