Production Sample definition

Production Sample is defined as one hundred (100) grams of the actual production run and/or lot number of the delivered Product. Such Production Sample shall be retained by Supplier and provided to Xxxxx up to one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of the Purchase Order. Supplier shall provide multiple-sieve analysis of Product at Supplier’s facility for inspection/confirmation by Xxxxx.

Examples of Production Sample in a sentence

  • Items submitted in the Production Sample set must be from the same county.

Related to Production Sample

  • DNA sample means any material that has come from a human body and consists of or includes human cells;

  • Assay means a laboratory analysis of Crude Petroleum to include the following: A.P.I. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Biodiesel means a fuel composed of mono-alkyl esters of long chain fatty acids derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, and, in accordance with standards specified by the American society for testing and materials, designated B100, and meeting the requirements of D-6751, as approved by the department of agriculture.
