Production Sites definition

Production Sites means those sites identified in Schedule “B”;
Production Sites means the address and location of the server computer(s) on which the Licensed Software will be installed as set forth on Schedule A as such addresses and locations may be modified from time to time by Licensee on written notice to Portal.
Production Sites means (i) the active pharmaceutical ingredient facility owned by SAD or an Affiliate of SAD (both directly or indirectly under the control of Sanofi-Aventis, SA, the French parent company) located at In▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and (ii) such other facilities owned by SAD or an Affiliate of SAD, if any, as the Parties may mutually agree to in writing from time to time.

Examples of Production Sites in a sentence

  • Supplier shall be required at its own expense to pick up the Plasma from the Production Sites and arrange for storage if required.

  • CBS shall be responsible for and shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Plasma collected while it is in its care, custody and control until picked up by Supplier or its agents, including but not limited to any loss or damage resulting from the improper storage, handling, packing, crating, and/or blocking of the Plasma at the Production Sites, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

  • HQ shall be responsible for and shall bear all risk of loss or damage to the Plasma collected while it is in its care, custody and control until picked up by Supplier or its agents, including but not limited to any loss or damage resulting from the improper storage, handling, packing, crating, and/or blocking, transportation of the Plasma at the Production Sites, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

  • In addition to the Product Price, Horizon shall pay to sanofi-aventis all use, consumption, sales, withholding or excise taxes of any relevant taxing authority arising from sale of the Product by sanofi-aventis to Horizon, other than taxes based upon sanofi-aventis’ net income, and any tax that may be assessed on the bulk Product for shipment between Production Sites.

  • For reasonable cause, DANCE will have a right to inspect all related Production Sites with at least 5 working days’ notice to AERO PUMP.

  • UL-AU Mark Scheme Factory Inspection Service charges may vary, depending upon the nature and extent of the necessary inspection that we may undertake, including any costs resulting from the failure of a Production Site(s) to conform to UL-AU Requirements or from insufficient Production quality control procedures.

  • You acknowledge and agree that our representatives will make at least one yearly UL-JP Factory Inspection visit to the Production Site(s) where the Products, that are eligible for UL-JP Mark Service, are manufactured.

Related to Production Sites

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • generating plant means the generating facility described in Schedule 1 as amended from time to time;

  • Refinery means a facility for the manufacture or reprocessing of finished or unfinished petroleum
