Production Sites definition

Production Sites means those sites identified in Schedule “B”;
Production Sites means the address and location of the server computer(s) on which the Licensed Software will be installed as set forth on Schedule A as such addresses and locations may be modified from time to time by Licensee on written notice to Portal.
Production Sites means (i) the active pharmaceutical ingredient facility owned by SAD or an Affiliate of SAD (both directly or indirectly under the control of Sanofi-Aventis, SA, the French parent company) located at Inxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, 00000, Xxxxxxxxx xx Xxxx, Xxxxxxx, and (ii) such other facilities owned by SAD or an Affiliate of SAD, if any, as the Parties may mutually agree to in writing from time to time.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Manufacturing Site means the facilities where a Compound is Manufactured by or on behalf of a Party, as such Manufacturing Site may change from time to time in accordance with Section 8.7.

  • Terminal means the EMV-enabled machine, terminal or other hardware device you obtain from NCR Voyix as an item of Hardware to use in connection with the Service to make the Offering to the Service User and to access the EMV PSP Service.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
