The Insured shall repay to Liberty all payments of Professional Inquiry representation costs and expenses incurred on the Insured’s behalf if and to the extent it is established that such Professional Inquiry representation costs and expenses are not insured under the Policy.The maximum amount payable by Liberty under this extension is the applicable Sub-Limit of Liability.
It is a condition precedent to cover under this Policy that as soon as the Insured becomes aware of a Claim or Professional Inquiry during the Policy Period or the extended reporting period, as applicable, the Insured, as soon as reasonable practicable, must notify the Insurer in writing of the Claim or Professional Inquiry.
