Professional Services Wrongful Act definition

Professional Services Wrongful Act means any actual or alleged:
Professional Services Wrongful Act means any actual or alleged act, failure to act, error, omission, misstatement, misleading statement, neglect, breach of duty or Personal Injury due to the rendering of or failure to render the Professional Services specified in Item 7. of the Declarations.
