Your capacity Sample Clauses
The "Your capacity" clause defines the legal authority and status under which a party enters into an agreement. It typically requires that the individual or entity signing the contract has the necessary power, such as being of legal age or having corporate authorization, to bind themselves or their organization to the contract's terms. This clause ensures that all parties are properly empowered to enter into the agreement, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over enforceability due to lack of authority.
