Your capacity. You enter into this agreement in Your own personal capacity, and also for and on behalf of
(a) any business or organisation which You represent or which employs You;
(b) any guest other person(s) for whom You complete registration for the Event (a "Third Party"), and You warrant that You:
(c) have the express authority of any such business, organisation or Third Party to enter into this agreement on its/their behalf;
(d) have provided a copy of this agreement to Your employer and/or to such Third Party; and
(e) have the consent of the Third Party to provide his/her personal information to Us and the Host.
Your capacity. You will enter into Transactions as a principal unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.
Your capacity. You act as principal and not as an agent (or trustee) on behalf of someone else. If you are not acting in a principal capacity, please let us know as we have supplemental terms that are suitable for use by agents or trustees.

(b) any guest other person(s) for whom You complete registration for the Event, (each of which is a "Relevant Person") and You warrant that You:
(i) have the express authority of all Relevant Persons to enter into this agreement on its/their behalf;
(ii) have provided a copy of this agreement to all Relevant Persons; and
(iii) have the consent of each Relevant Person (being an individual) to provide his/her personal information to Us.
Your capacity. You act as principal or as an agent (or trustee) on behalf of someone else. If you are acting as agent or trustee the supplemental terms set out in the Agency Schedule 1 will apply to you.

(b) any guest other person(s) for whom You complete registration for the Event, (in each case, a "Third Party"), and references in this agreement to "You" and cognate expressions includes a reference to such Third Parties. You warrant that You:
(c) have the express authority of any such business, organisation or Third Party to enter into this agreement on its/their behalf;
(d) have provided a copy of this agreement to Your employer and/or to such Third Party; and
(e) have the consent of the Third Party to provide his/her personal information to Us and the Host and have provided a copy of the Privacy Collection Statement to the Third Party.
Your capacity. You will enter into Orders, Contracts and Transactions as principal, unless otherwise agreed in writing by XXX.
Your capacity. You shall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, relative to us, enter into Transactions as principal. If you act as agent, regardless of whether you identify the principal to us, we shall not be obliged to accept that principal as a client, and consequently we shall be entitled to consider you as principal in relation to any Transaction.
Your capacity. You will inform us of the capacity in which you are acting (in particular before placing any order with us). We will assume that you are acting as principal unless you specifically notify us that you are acting as an agent for an Underlying Principal or in another capacity.
Your capacity. You will trade with us as principal and not as agent for any person. You will be directly and personally responsible for performing your obligations under this Agreement, whether you are dealing with us directly or through an agent. Notwithstanding any assertion that you act in connection with or on behalf of any other person, we will not accept that person as a client of ours and neither we nor our Related Persons will accept any obligation or liability to them.
