PROFITABILITY EVENT definition

PROFITABILITY EVENT means the achievement by Borrower of two (2) consecutive fiscal quarters of consolidated EBITDA of at least $1.00 per quarter.
PROFITABILITY EVENT is the achievement by Borrower of three (3) consecutive months with a net profit (in accordance with GAAP) of at least $1.00.
PROFITABILITY EVENT is the confirmation by the Bank that Borrower has maintained a net profit of at least One Dollar ($1.00), for two (2) consecutive fiscal quarters.
