Program Leaders definition

Program Leaders means the AUTHORITY and IDOT.
Program Leaders has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1.
Program Leaders or “Project Leaders” means and includes any leader(s) designated as such for the particular Program, to whom the Participant is expected to report and whose rules the Participant must follow in addition to any and all rules promulgated by THERAPY ABROAD either in this Agreement, on its website or otherwise.

Examples of Program Leaders in a sentence

  • The Program Leader(s) or Deerfield may make a unilateral decision at any time if there is a reasonable belief that inappropriate behavior has occurred.

  • The above list is not exclusive and other activities may be added at the discretion of the Program Leaders.

  • Applications will be reviewed by the Program Leaders who will recommend membership status and program assignment to the Center’s Governance Committee.

  • In addition, the Program Leaders will prepare an outline detailing proposed ownership of patents and patent applications, consistent with the ownership provisions of Section 7.2, that are likely to evolve from the Development Program on or before six (6) months from the date of commencement of the Development Program in question.

  • All members are reviewed annually by Program Leaders in conjunction with the preparation of the CCSG progress report to determine ongoing adherence with the criteria specified for the membership categories above.

  • The Program Leaders would be further responsible for establishing a patent development strategy including, among other things, patent procurement targets, to protect all Development Program Technology.

  • As a Development Program approaches its latter stages and the Parties have established an understanding of the potential value associated with the Development Program Technology and other work product resulting from a Development Program, the Program Leaders will prepare a proposed business model or value-sharing proposition for consideration by the Steering Committee.

  • In general, the functions of the Steering Committee would be to provide strategic direction to the Program Leaders and make informed decisions regarding the direction, management and implementation of the Development Program(s).

  • Full members who no longer meet the criteria but remain clear contributors to on-going cancer research, may be retained as Full members at the request of the Program Leaders and with concurrence from the Governance Committee and approval by the Director.

  • In the event that the Parties decide, by mutual agreement or Steering Committee determination, that a particular Development Program would be executed and managed more efficiently by one of the Program Leaders due to his or her prior experience in the targeted subject matter area, the Parties, or the Steering Committee, may nominate one of the Program Leaders to serve as the managing Program Leader for that particular Development Program.

Related to Program Leaders

  • Team Leader means an employee who is in a set or team and who is generally responsible for the work executed by the employees comprising such set or team;

  • Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Program coordinator means a registered nurse responsible for administrative aspects of a state-approved nurse aide training course.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Program Staff means a person employed by the local program who is knowledgeable in a particular subject matter. For the purposes of the complaint process, program staff may not be involved in a specific complaint prior to the receipt of the complaint or the request for a review of the complaint.

  • Non-Administrator Coordinated Home Care Program means a Coordinated Home Care Program which does not have an agreement with the Claim Administrator or a Blue Cross Plan but has been certified as a home health agency in accordance with the guidelines established by Medicare.

  • Marketing program means a program established by order of the director pursuant to this act prescribing rules and regulations governing the marketing for processing, distributing, selling, or handling an agricultural commodity produced in this state or agricultural commodity input during a specified period and

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Leader means each elected or appointed member of an AMA Council, AMA Committee, AMA Advisory Committee, or Task Force, members of the AMA Alliance board, members of the AMA Foundation board, and each candidate for an AMA Council, Section Governing Council or Advisory Committee, and other designated AMA committee and task force members and candidates.

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4 (Joint Commercialization Committee).

  • Development Committee has the meaning set forth in Article 3 of the Amended and Restated Research and Development Agreement.

  • Management Team means Xxxxxx X. X’Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Xx. and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxxxxxx.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Program Director means an individual who has complete responsibility for the day to day function of the program. The Program Director is the highest level of decision making at a local, program level.

  • Project Leader shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(e)(v).

  • SBE Program Coordinator means the individual appointed, from time to time, by the City’s Community and Economic Development Director to administer the SBE Regulations.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Steering Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Design Criteria Professional means a firm who holds a current certificate of registration under Chapter 481 of the Florida Statutes, to practice architecture or landscape architecture, or a firm who holds a current certificate as a registered engineer under Chapter 471 of the Florida Statutes, to practice engineering, and who is employed by or under contract to the District to provide professional architect services, landscape architect services, or engineering services in connection with the preparation of the Design Criteria Package.

  • Joint Development Committee or “JDC” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10.

  • JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Team means a team affiliated to a Club, including where a Club provides more than one team in the Competition in accordance with the Rules.

  • Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
