Program Monitor definition

Program Monitor means any program monitor or program monitor appointed by the Issuer to administer this Regulatory Agreement, and any successor so appointed. The initial Program Monitor shall be the Issuer.

  • Interim Monitor means any monitor appointed pursuant to Paragraph III of this Order or Paragraph III of the related Order to Maintain Assets.

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Contract Monitor means the Department employee identified in Section 1.6 of the IFB as the Contract Monitor.
