Programme Price definition

Programme Price means the total amount paid for the Programme as specified on Your invoice.
Programme Price means the total amount paid for the Programme Content as specified on Your invoice.
Programme Price means the fees for Digital Learn Forex Program as described in Schedule 1 and as set out on your invoice.

  • Any remaining balance of the Programme Price is payable as agreed on your invoice.

Related to Programme Price

  • SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Volume Weighted Average Price means, for any security as of any date, the daily dollar volume-weighted average price for such security on the Primary Market as reported by Bloomberg through its “Historical Prices – Px Table with Average Daily Volume” functions, or, if no dollar volume-weighted average price is reported for such security by Bloomberg, the average of the highest closing bid price and the lowest closing ask price of any of the market makers for such security as reported in the "pink sheets" by Pink Sheets LLC.
