If Cingular breaches the Agreement by conducting any such activities during a Prohibited Time Period without consent more than once during a calendar year at the Property, Owner may terminate this Agreement by delivery of notice thereof to Cingular within thirty (30) days after the second instance of interference during a Prohibited Time Period.
Owner hereby covenants and agrees to use reasonable efforts to provide Cingular access to the Property twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, three hundred sixty- five (365) days a year for purposes of maintaining, operating and repairing Cingular's Facilities subject to conditions of Prohibited Time Period restrictions imposed in Section 5.D.
