Project Leadership. Establish and properly staff the Professional PM Services to be provided to TFC in keeping with the PMP List of Key Personnel assigned to the Project pursuant to §2.1.3 above; Manage communications and coordination between A/E and its consultants, Consultants, CMR, and all other stakeholders engaged in the Project over time as the single point of contact for the TFC; Share knowledge and expertise of large, public, design and construction programs; Provide consistency and coordination among all Work and work packages on the Project; and Constantly monitor and routinely report on Project scope, Master Budget, Master Schedule (and interconnection with Work progress schedule and Professional Services Schedule), and proforma conformance to the goals and objectives of the TFC.

Project Leadership. 4.5.1. The SJWCD shall lead the long-term management of the Project.
4.5.2. As Project leader, the SJWCD, in consultation with the CWCB and PAWSD, shall:
4.5.2.1. have the authority to use its best efforts, given the resources available, to take steps and actions to move the Project forward, including to attempt to acquire land necessary for the Project pool basin or to facilitate a land exchange with the U.S. Forest Service or others, pursuant to Paragraph 4.5.3 below; and
4.5.2.2. promote and develop additional Project stakeholders; and
4.5.2.3. take the lead on future water court proceedings in applications for reasonable diligence and other measures reasonable and appropriate to proceed with the Project; and
4.5.2.4. provide day-to-day management and Project facilitation as needed.
4.5.3. Given that the value of the Running Iron Ranch directly affects the CWCB’s future reimbursement of its investment with the PAWSD, the SJWCD shall consult with and obtain written approval from the CWCB and the PAWSD before proceeding with any future land exchanges with the U.S. Forest Service or any other entities.
Project Leadership. Responsibility Pay ** Effective on the first day of the pay period following ratification of this agreement, employees who are assigned project leadership/ responsibility required by the Company, will receive Project Leadership / Responsibility Pay while performing such duties.
Project Leadership. Degree to which employee takes an active and effective role in identified projects. (Note: all existing projects will be reviewed and new projects may be jointly identified by Chief Executive Officer—TIR and President—E*TRADE International. The new projects may differ from the existing “godfather” strategic projects and may include projects necessary as part of integration.)

For the proper management and implementation of project activities under this Agreement, the approved Project proposal shall be under the technical direction of the Project Leader and the team set out under Annex 1. Any proposed change of the Project Leader shall be subject to prior information and consultations with icipe.
