Experience Requirements. The Applicant is to provide personnel resources, credentials and expertise to meet the District’s needs for each project. In this Section the Applicant provides information regarding the firm’s general project experience and project staff experience for evaluation by the District and PMO for qualification.
Experience Requirements i. Each Offeror shall have been actively and normally engaged, for at least the past ten (10) years in the maintenance, service, repair and replacement of materials and equipment in elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lifts of a similar manufacturer and control system as those covered by this contract.
ii. The following experience is required for group supervisory control systems as included in this RFP.
1. The Offeror shall have at least ten (10) years’ experience with group supervisory control systems noted under each category; and must provide with its proposal a detailed statement of such experience. This should include the company of building(s) serviced, representative responsible for supervising the contract for such company or building.
2. The Offeror shall have total responsibility for not less than ten (10) elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lifts of the type proposed on, and has been maintaining them for a period of not less than five (5) years. Each Offeror shall list specific reference contract, showing company or agency, company representative in which such elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lifts are being maintained.
3. The Offeror shall show that he has available, under his direct employment and supervision, the necessary organization to properly fulfill all the services and conditions required under this RFP. Subcontractors and/or vendors of the awarded will not be permitted.
iii. Demonstrate that company personnel have maintained an organization, in continuous operation for at least the past ten (10) years that is capable of performing the work hereinafter described. This should include the following:
1. That the Offeror shall use only skilled, competent, trained elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lift personnel having a minimum experience of five (5) years in maintaining elevator, escalator, chairlift and platform lift systems similar to those in this RFP.
2. Each Offeror shall list the names of the employees that, if awarded, will be responsible for this contract, their function in the company, their title and number of years of service with the Offeror’s firm. Offeror must also assign the following dedicated staff: Project Manager, Field Supervisor, Account Representative, Office Administrator.
Experience Requirements. The Contractor shall have a minimum of two years of experience in the following: -Planning meetings/events for the Federal Government at commercial venues -Coordinating Federal, State, and Army requirements for childcare licensure and insurance -Microsoft office compatible reporting, communication, and database management -Association with the Society of Government Meeting Professionals, International Society of Meeting Planners, or other similar professional organization
Experience Requirements. Proposals shall demonstrate the proposer’s capabilities in the following areas:
Experience Requirements. The contractor must have:
a. Experience in community policing and have experience in security operation for a municipality with similar size and complexity as Portland, Oregon, for a minimum of five years.
b. Experience developing crime prevention programs in a municipal environment.
c. Extensive experience with daily street-level order maintenance and contact with public in urban downtown environments.
d. A demonstrated ability to work effectively with local government and community-based social service providers, businesses, non-profits, neighborhood organizations, special interest groups and the public at large.
e. A demonstrated ability to maintain credibility and trust of law enforcement, attorneys, others in the criminal justice community and other public safety partners and the proven ability to work with and protect confidential and sensitive information.
Experience Requirements. Minimum of 2 years experience in e-learning content development and packaging in a professional setting.
Experience Requirements. The proponent which can be presented as an individual entity, consortium, or in partnership, must demonstrate: - 5+ years solid and diversified experience in management of development and cooperation project aimed at generating or enhancing local economies. This statement requires filling the table “Summary experience table” below reported (paragraph 3.6)
Experience Requirements. The package PRV station shall be the product of a manufacturer who has the financial resources, technical qualifications, experience, organization and facilities adequate to design and manufacture package PRV stations of the type specified. The manufacturer shall have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing PRV stations and shall have completed at least one hundred prior successful installations, within the area, of package type PRV stations similar in size and scope to the installation herein specified. Said proof of experience shall be included in the submittal package and shall include facility locations, names and phone numbers of operators or persons familiar with system performance, dates of operation, and other pertinent information required by the Engineer. Lack of required experience will be grounds for rejection of a submitted package PRV station, and the Contractor will be required to submit an alternate station which can meet the above experience requirement. No change in the bid price will be allowed for furnishing an alternate station, which will meet these specifications.
Experience Requirements. Current CPR and Basic First Aid-Red Cross preferred (training will be provided as needed) CPI certification preferred-Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (training will be provided as needed)
Experience Requirements. The Design/Build team must be able to demonstrate having recent experience and current knowledge of International Code Council (ICC), ICAO, TSA, FAA and IATA standards, regulations and advisory circulars, as well as all other governing codes and standards. In addition, the Design/Build Team must demonstrate knowledge of the existing airport terminal building and site conditions, knowledge of local construction means and methods, and have all necessary design and construction licenses and certifications required by the Government of Guyana to design and build this project.
