Experience Requirements. The Applicant is to provide personnel resources, credentials and expertise to meet the District’s needs for each project. In this Section the Applicant provides information regarding the firm’s general project experience and project staff experience for evaluation by the District and PMO for qualification.

Experience Requirements. The package PRV station shall be the product of a manufacturer who has the financial resources, technical qualifications, experience, organization and facilities adequate to design and manufacture package PRV stations of the type specified. The manufacturer shall have a minimum of 15 years’ experience in manufacturing PRV stations and shall have completed at least one hundred prior successful installations, within the area, of package type PRV stations similar in size and scope to the installation herein specified. Said proof of experience shall be included in the submittal package and shall include facility locations, names and phone numbers of operators or persons familiar with system performance, dates of operation, and other pertinent information required by the Engineer. Lack of required experience will be grounds for rejection of a submitted package PRV station, and the Contractor will be required to submit an alternate station which can meet the above experience requirement. No change in the bid price will be allowed for furnishing an alternate station, which will meet these specifications.
Experience Requirements. A. Each teacher shall be paid an annual salary based upon his/her degree and length of service in any teaching position providing said teacher held a valid teacher’s license during each period of teaching experience. The minimum amount of service to be counted as one year of creditable experience will be the equivalent of one hundred-twenty (120) days acquired during a twelve-month period ending June 30, except that military service or military service combined with school teaching experience will be deemed equivalent to one (1) year of teaching experience, providing that such service took place within the regular school year, from August 1 to July 31. Military experience substituted for teaching experience shall not exceed four (4) years and will be allowed only if the individual held a valid regular teaching license during the time of military service.
