All such work shall be performed by Project Personnel unless it is not reasonable for them to do so due to the expertise, time constraints, or other considerations involved, and/or because having them do so is more expensive.
Contractor and its Project Personnel are familiar with, and will remain in compliance with, and will not take any actions contrary to the provisions of, any laws, rules, regulations, ordinances, orders, or requirements of the Commonwealth and other governmental authorities applicable to or implicated by the subject matter of this Agreement.
