Project Site Improvements definition

Project Site Improvements means the infrastructure and other site improvements to be constructed by the Developer as contemplated in Section 2.1(A).
Project Site Improvements means the infrastructure and other site improvements to be constructed by the Authority on behalf of the Developer as contemplated in Section 3.1.

Examples of Project Site Improvements in a sentence

  • The Authority and the City shall use their respective best efforts to obtain whatever assistance and approvals may be required from third parties in order to facilitate construction of the Project Site Improvements.

  • The Authority and the City will in good faith use their best efforts to obtain and expedite the necessary approvals for undertaking and implementing the Project Site Improvements and, to the extent applicable, the construction of the Project, to the extent the Authority or the City has the authority to grant approval.

  • The Authority may issue its bonds and/or notes (collectively, the “TIF Bonds”) for payment of the costs of the Project Site Improvements.

  • The design, construction start dates and completion dates of the Project Site Improvements shall be at the sole discretion of the Authority provided, however, that the Project Site Improvements are completed in accordance with the Project Site Improvements Schedule and that any delay in the completion of the Project Site Improvements shall also result in the Developer being allowed an additional number of days equal to such delay for the Developer to fully perform its obligations set forth in Article IV.

  • The Developer’s timely performance of its obligations set forth in Section 5.1 is conditioned upon timely completion by the City and the Authority of all of their respective obligations hereunder and subject to any delays in full completion of any of the conditions precedent set forth in Article II above, any delays in completion of the Project Site Improvements.

Related to Project Site Improvements

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

Improvement is necessary and expected. Unsatisfactory: the Educator’s performance on a standard or overall has not significantly improved following a rating of needs improvement, or the Educator’s performance is consistently below the requirements of a standard or overall and is considered inadequate, or both.

  • Capital Improvements mean the purchase, renovation, rehabilitation, or construction of permanent land, buildings, structures, equipment and furnishings used directly for or in the Project, and any goods or services for the Project that are purchased and capitalized under GAAP, including any organizational costs and research and development costs incurred in Illinois. Capitalized lease costs for land, buildings, structures or equipment shall be included in “Capital Improvements” only if the lease term, including any extensions or options to extend, equals or exceeds the term of this Agreement, and provided that such lease costs are valued at their present value using the corporate interest rate prevailing at the time the Company filed its Application with the Department.

  • Improvements shall have the meaning set forth in the granting clause of the Mortgage.

  • Public Improvements means only the following improvements: housing facilities; garbage disposal plants; rubbish disposal plants; incinerators; transportation systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; sewage disposal systems, including sanitary sewers, combined sanitary and storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of sewage or industrial wastes; storm water systems, including storm sewers, plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with the collection, treatment, or disposal of storm water; water supply systems, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with obtaining a water supply, the treatment of water, or the distribution of water; utility systems for supplying light, heat, or power, including plants, works, instrumentalities, and properties used or useful in connection with those systems; approved cable television systems, approved cable communication systems, or telephone systems, including plants, works,

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Capital Improvement Project means the acquisition, construction, reconstruction, improvement, planning and equipping of roads and bridges, appurtenances to roads and bridges to enhance the safety of animal-drawn vehicles, pedestrians, and bicycles, wastewater treatment facilities, water supply systems, solid waste disposal facilities, and storm water and sanitary collection, storage and treatment facilities including real property, interests in real property, facilities, and equipment related or incidental to those facilities.

  • Construction Works means all works and things necessary to complete the Project in accordance with this Agreement;

  • The Works/ Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
