Project Special Provisions definition

Project Special Provisions means the documents that modify the Standard Specifications for a particular Project.
Project Special Provisions means additions and revisions to the CDOT Standard and Supplemental Specifications that are applicable to a project.
Project Special Provisions means, with regard to Schedule 5, Section 14, the provisions in Section 14.4.

Related to Project Special Provisions

  • Special Provisions Special Provisions are specific conditions or requirements peculiar to the contract under consideration and are supplemental to the General Provisions. Should the Special Provisions conflict with the General Provisions, the Special Provisions shall prevail.
