Project Support definition

Project Support means the financial or non-financial support for the project that may include the following, namely:—
Project Support has the same meaning as defined in the Loan Facility Announcement (i.e. additional funding for the Main Hotel Casino project through (a) equity contribution to Suntrust; or (b) extension of subordinated indebtedness to Suntrust)
Project Support has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.3.2.

Project Support means support provided by the Service Provider to deliver the services;
Project Support. Deed" means the project support deed to be entered into among the Borrower, the City, the County and EBRD, defining the terms and conditions of support to the Project to be provided by the City and the County, which deed shall be in form and substance satisfactory to EBRD. "Reference Page" means the display of Euro-zone interbank offered rates for deposits in the Loan Currency designated as page EURIBOR01 on Reuters services (or such other page as may replace page EURIBOR01 on Reuters services for the purpose of displaying Euro-zone interbank offered rates for deposits in the Loan Currency).

Related to Project Support

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • Level 3 Support means, with the use of backup engineering and technical support staff, isolating Defects and developing Defect corrections including, without limitation, Upgrades.

  • Technical Support Services means the technical support and maintenance Services provided by us according to our then-current technical support policy and procedure listed at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ (“Technical Support Policy”) when the Services are purchased.

  • Technical Support means the technical assistance for attempting resolution of a reported Case through error correction, patches, hot fixes, workarounds, replacement deliveries, or any other type of Product corrections or modifications.
