Promoter Sellers means each of Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx Chiranjeevi, Xxxxxxxxx Xxx Akkineni, SRH, Asha B, Konidela Xxxxxxxx Xxx, K Xxxxxxx, K Xxxxxxxxx Xxx, Allu Xxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Allu Entertainment Private Limited, Allu Xxxxxx, Venkatesh Allu and each Person who is either an Affiliate of any such Person or a Related Person of any such Person, in each case who is a Seller.
