Promoting prostitution definition

Promoting prostitution means persuading, inducing, enticing, or coercing a person to engage in prostitution, or to travel to engage in, prostitution.

  • Promoting prostitution: a person who knowingly promotes prostitution of another commits a misdemeanor or felony as provided in subsection (c) of this section.

Promotional Material includes, but is not limited to, published written texts, training materials, advertisements, market analysis, research reports, correspondence to Existing Customers or Prospective Customers, newsletters and generally anything written that assists in the solicitation process.

  • Corrupt activities means any corrupt activities as contemplated in the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act 2004 (Act no. 12 of 2004)
