Promotional Rates definition

Promotional Rates means the promotional interest rates stipulated in Clause 2.2 herein which are applicable to the Incremental Fresh Funds Balance (IFFB) in the Account calculated in accordance with Clause 2.2 herein during the Promotional Rates Term.
Promotional Rates. If the Holder has been granted at a promotional rate (Annual Percentage Rate (APR) applicable to existing balances, new purchases of goods and services, balance transfers and cash advances charged to your account) the same will be in effect during the term specified in the offer made by the Bank. However, if the Holder decides to cancel his account before the end of the promotional rate period, he will lose the benefits of the promotional rate and will be charged at the corresponding regular rate for his account for the existing balance as of the date of cancelling his Card.
Promotional Rates means the rates as specified at clause 5 “Terms” means these terms and conditions.

Related to Promotional Rates

  • Benchmarked Rates means the Framework Prices for the Benchmarked Services;

  • Advance Rates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a) hereof.

  • additional rate means the additional rate levied by the City of Cape Town on rateable properties within the designated boundaries of the Special Rating Area for purposes of raising funds for improving and upgrading that area, subject to any exemptions or permissible differentiation between categories of property, as contemplated in section 22(1) of the Rates Act, read with sections 8(1) and 12(2) of the By-Law;

  • Maximum Daily Starts means the maximum number of times that a generating unit can be started in an Operating Day under normal operating conditions.

  • CPI Daily Inflation Reference Index means (A) in relation to the first day of any given month, the CPI Monthly Reference Index of the third month preceding such month, and (B) in relation to a day (D) (other than the first day) in any given month (M), the linear interpolation of the CPI Monthly Reference Index pertaining respectively to the third month preceding such month (M - 3) and the second month preceding such month (M - 2) calculated in accordance with the following formula:

  • Rate of Gross Profit means the gross profit earned expressed as a percentage of the turnover during the period between the date of the commencement of the business and the date of the incident.

  • Working level month (WLM) means an exposure to 1 working level for 170 hours (2,000 working hours per year divided by 12 months per year is approximately equal to 170 hours per month).
