Property Offeree definition

Property Offeree has the meaning given to that term in clause 7.2.1;

  • If the Property Offeree does not respond within such 30-day period (the “Property Buy-Sell Offer Period”), the Property Offeree shall be deemed to have accepted the Property Buy Offer.
