Proposal Invitation definition

Proposal Invitation means this Proposal Invitation and all associated documentation, including without limitation, these Terms and Conditions and any amendments hereto, additional terms and conditions specific to this Proposal Invitation, instructions, exhibits or attachments, forms, agreements, certifications, item specifications, appendices, and addenda.
Proposal Invitation means this Proposal Invitation and all associated documentation, including without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, the Additional Terms and Conditions, information, instructions, exhibits or attachments, forms, agreements, certifications, item specifications, addenda, supplements and/or clarifications, and any amendments hereto. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term shall not include PART ONE, Fixed-Rate Fuels.
Proposal Invitation means this Proposal Invitation Notice and all associated documentation, including without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, the Additional Terms and Conditions, information, instructions, exhibits or attachments, forms, agreements, certifications, item specifications, addenda, supplements and/or clarifications, statements of work, and any amendments hereto.

Examples of Proposal Invitation in a sentence

  • The Contract Documents are comprised of the Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or other solicitation document (Solicitation); the successful bid or proposal; the letter awarding the contract to Contractor; the City’s written acceptance of exceptions or clarifications to the Solicitation, if any; and these General Contract Terms and Provisions.

  • Unless otherwise indicated in this Proposal Invitation, “all or nothing” Proposals are not acceptable and will be rejected.

  • If this Proposal Invitation requires discount pricing, discount practices may be examined and evaluated, in the Cooperative’s sole discretion, based on historical data, sales information, discounts granted to other governmental clients, and/or other market research techniques.

  • Catalog numbers, brand names, or manufacturer product or reference numbers used in the item specifications in this Proposal Invitation are intended to be descriptive, not restrictive.

  • Unless otherwise indicated in this Proposal Invitation, proposed products must be new and in first class condition, and must be warranted in the same manner and to the same extent as normally provided to other customers of Proposer.

  • When the needs of a Cooperative member require immediate response, the right to pick up tangible goods, if part of this Proposal Invitation, on an “over the counter” basis must be available for the majority of the awarded tangible goods.

  • Additionally, proposed products must conform to the highest standards of manufacturing practice, including, for all tangible goods included in this Proposal Invitation, containers suitable for shipment and storage.

  • The Independent Contractor shall not communicate with the media – including, but not limited to newspaper, television, or radio personnel regarding any OCC Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid or contract the Independent Contractor has responded to or entered into.

Related to Proposal Invitation

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal of the Consultant.

  • Proposal / Bid means the technical proposal and the commercial/financial proposal.

  • Competing Proposal means a proposal, offer or invitation to the Company, any Party or any of a Party’s Affiliates (other than the Proposal), that involves the acquisition of Control of the Target, a sale of all or a substantial part of the assets of the Target, a restructuring or recapitalization of the Target, or some other transaction that would adversely affect, prevent or materially reduce the likelihood of the consummation of the Transaction with the Parties.

  • Unsolicited proposal means a written proposal for a public-private initiative that is submitted by a private entity for the purpose of entering into an agreement with the department but that is not in response to a formal solicitation or request issued by the department.

  • Responsive Proposal means a Proposal that complies with the material provisions of this RFP.

  • Technical Proposal means the Contractor’s Technical Proposal dated (Technical Proposal date).

  • Financial Proposal means the Contractor’s Financial Proposal dated (Financial Proposal date).

  • Superior Proposal Notice has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(1)(c).

  • Alternative Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(b).

  • Price Proposal means the price offer included in the Proposal submitted by a Proposer as set forth on the forms requested in Exhibit C-2 of the ITP.

  • Acquisition Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(a).

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Proposal Letter means the letter, executed by or on behalf of Proposer, delivered with its Proposal and conforming to Form A to the ITP.

  • Request for Proposal or “RFP” means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.

  • Invitation means this document inviting persons to lodge an Offer

  • Company Superior Proposal shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.4(b).

  • Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;

  • Notice of Superior Proposal has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
