Proposal Invitation definition

Proposal Invitation means this Proposal Invitation and all associated documentation, including without limitation, these Terms and Conditions and any amendments hereto, additional terms and conditions specific to this Proposal Invitation, instructions, exhibits or attachments, forms, agreements, certifications, item specifications, appendices, and addenda.

For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term shall not include PART TWO, Index-Priced Fuel.
Proposal Invitation means this Proposal Invitation Notice and all associated documentation, including without limitation, these Terms and Conditions, the Additional Terms and Conditions, information, instructions, exhibits or attachments, forms, agreements, certifications, item specifications, addenda, supplements and/or clarifications, statements of work, and any amendments hereto.

Examples of Proposal Invitation in a sentence

  • The Contract Documents are comprised of the Request for Proposal, Invitation to Bid, or other solicitation document (Solicitation); the successful bid or proposal; the letter awarding the contract to Contractor; the City’s written acceptance of exceptions or clarifications to the Solicitation, if any; and these General Contract Terms and Provisions.

Related to Proposal Invitation

  • Proposal means the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal.

  • Competing Proposal means a proposal, offer or invitation to the Company, any Party or any of a Party’s Affiliates (other than the Proposal), that involves the acquisition of Control of the Target, a sale of all or a substantial part of the assets of the Target, a restructuring or recapitalization of the Target, or some other transaction that would adversely affect, prevent or materially reduce the likelihood of the consummation of the Transaction with the Parties.

The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.
