Proposed Confirmation Order definition

Proposed Confirmation Order means the proposed order of the Bankruptcy Court confirming the Plan under section 1129 of the Bankruptcy Code, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1.
Proposed Confirmation Order means the Order Confirming First Amended Joint Chapter 11 Plan Proposed by Residential Capital, LLC, et al. and the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, filed contemporaneously herewith.
