DEVIATION ORDER means any order given by the Engineer-in-Charge to effect an alteration, addition or deduction, which does not radically affect the scope and nature of the contract.

The contractor shall be furnished one certified copy of the contract documents except standard specifications, Schedule of Rates and such other printed and published documents, together with all drawings as may be forming part of the tender papers. None of these documents shall be used for any purpose other than that of this contract.
