If Owner delivers such a Notice to Contractor, Contractor shall complete any items of Work other than Non-Critical Deficiencies, revise the Proposed Punchlist to include all Non-Critical Deficiencies identified by Owner (whether or not such items are disputed by Contractor) and resubmit the revised Proposed Punchlist to Owner for review.
