Punchlist definition

Punchlist means a list of items of Work to be completed or corrected by Contractor after Substantial Completion. Punchlists indicate items to be finished, remaining Work to be performed, or Work that does not meet quality or quantity requirements as required in the Contract Documents.
Punchlist means a list, compiled by the Trade Contractor and reviewed by the Architect or Authority at Substantial Completion, and approved by the Authority, which identifies items of Trade Contractor Work that remain to be completed or corrected prior to acceptance of Final Completion.
Punchlist means a list of those finishing items required to complete the Work, the completion of which shall not materially interrupt nor affect the safe operation of all or any part of the Project after Substantial Completion of a Subproject, as more fully described in Section 11.5 of this Agreement.

Examples of Punchlist in a sentence

  • If the Final Punchlist is not timely delivered by Tenant, then the applicable Expansion Delivery Work shall be deemed final and complete, and Landlord shall have no further obligation to cause any other Expansion Delivery Work for such Phase Expansion Premises to be completed, other than the punchlist items specified in Landlord’s Final Punchlist for such Phase Expansion Premises and the correction of latent defects as provided below.

  • Excepting latent defects and uncompleted items of the Expansion Delivery Work for the Expansion Premises specified in the applicable Final Punchlist, Tenant shall be deemed to have accepted all elements of the applicable Expansion Delivery Work on the applicable Phase Expansion Premises Commencement Date.

  • Tenant, by taking possession of the Leased Premises to commence business operations therein (and not merely to install any Fixturing Work), is deemed to acknowledge that Landlord has satisfactorily performed all work to be performed by it as hereinabove set forth, subject to such Punchlist Items and/or any latent defects.

  • Items shall not be added to the Final Punchlist by Tenant after it is delivered to Landlord.


More Definitions of Punchlist
