Proposed Scheduled Quantity definition

Proposed Scheduled Quantity means the Welded Party’s proposed Scheduled Quantity for a Welded Point for a Day, which shall be:
Proposed Scheduled Quantity means the Welded Party’s proposed Scheduled Quantity
Proposed Scheduled Quantity means the Welded Party’s proposed Scheduled Quantity for a Welded Point for a Day, which shall be: the proposed Scheduled Quantity entered by the Welded Party for that Welded Point; or if no such proposed Scheduled Quantity is entered by the Welded Party, the sum of the Nominated Quantities entered or confirmed by that Welded Party for that Welded Point.

  • If a Welded Party or Shipper is unable to access the MDL IX using the Internet (for any reason outside its reasonable control) to give notice of its Proposed Scheduled Quantity or to confirm or enter Nominated Quantities, then that Welded Party or Shipper may communicate such information to MDL by whatever means are available to it, and MDL shall use its reasonable endeavours to input such data into the MDL IX, before the expiry of the deadlines set out in this Operating Code.

  • By 4.00pm on the Day before Transmission Day, MDL shall notify each Welded Party of MDL’s Proposed Scheduled Quantity for each of that Welded Party’s Welded Points for the Transmission Day using the appropriate screens on the MDL IX.

  • If a Welded Party or Shipper is unable to access the TSP IX using the Internet (for any reason outside its reasonable control) to give notice of its Proposed Scheduled Quantity or to confirm or enter Nominated Quantities, then that Welded Party or Shipper may communicate such information to TSP by whatever means are available to it, and TSP shall use its reasonable endeavours to input such data into the TSP IX, before the expiry of the deadlines set out in this Operating Code.

Related to Proposed Scheduled Quantity

  • Scheduled Quantity means the net quantity of Gas (being the difference between receipt and delivery nominations) agreed by MDL and the Welded Party to pass through (or, in the case of a Notional Welded Point, be deemed to have passed through) the relevant Welded Point for a Day.

  • Type B quantity means a quantity of radioactive material greater than a Type A quantity.

  • Type A quantity means a quantity of radioactive material, the aggregate radioactivity of which does not exceed A1 for special form radioactive material or A2 for normal form radio- active material, where A1 and A2 are given in Appendix O or may be determined by procedures described in Appendix O.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in Section 3.1(e).

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • Metered Quantity means apparent power, reactive power, active power, with associated time tagging and any other quantity that may be measured by a Party’s Metering Equipment and that is reasonably required by either Party for Security reasons or revenue requirements.

  • Daily Contract Quantity or “DCQ” means the quantity of Gas as set out in Clause 4.1 herein.

  • Priced Schedule of Quantities means the schedule of quantities duly priced with the accepted quoted rates of the contractor.

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • The Advance Purchase Order or “Letter of Intent” means the intention of Purchaser to place the Purchase Order on the bidder.

  • Definite quantity contract means a fixed price contract that provides for a

  • Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;

  • Scheduled Uptime means the total minutes in the reporting month less the total minutes represented by the Scheduled Downtime.

  • Quantity means either tonnage or volume, depending on which term is the standard in the mining industry for the type of mineral;

  • Proposed Borrowing Base Notice has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.07(c)(ii).

  • Scheduled Outage means the final outage plan as approved by the RPC as per the provisions of the Grid Code;

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).
