Proprietary function definition

Proprietary function means a function of a political subdivision that is specified in division (G)(2) of this section or that satisfies both of the following:
Proprietary function means a function of the City which is not classified as a governmental func- tion.
Proprietary function means a function of the City which is not classified as a governmental function.
