Proprietary Game definition

Proprietary Game means a privately owned game that is protected by patent, copy right or trademark for which the Company pays a user fee to operate.
Proprietary Game means a patented or trademarked play style, and/or packaging concepts, other technology under development and owned by a specific vendor, etc.
