User Fee. For the use of the Eagle Test system as listed above, Xxxxxxxxx shall pay to Artest a user fee in the amount of [*] per year payable in equal monthly installments beginning on the date of the execution of this Agreement. The user fee shall be payable on or before the third day of each month. Any hours used in excess of the amounts listed in section 8 shall be billed at "most favorable price" offered by Artest to other customers but in no event are to exceed [*]/hour.

User Fee. 27.1.1 MOR shall pay to the Concessionaire a sum equal to 50% (fifty percent) of the revenue apportionment from freight operations on the Rail System, determined in accordance with Inter Railway Financial Adjustment Rules, as the User Fee for using the Rail System (“User Fee”). For the avoidance of doubt, it is hereby clarified that MOR shall retain 50% (fifty percent) of the revenue apportionment from freight operations on the Rail System and such amount retained by MOR shall be deemed to be the cost incurred by MOR towards provision of Reserved Services, overhead cost, central charge and all costs incidental thereto. 27.1.2 The User Fees shall be computed based on the actual traffic carried over the Rail System, using the commodity wise tariff set forth in the freight rate table published for the year ***, to be considered as the base tariff for the RFQ year. It is hereby agreed between the Parties that during the Concession Period the base tariff shall be escalated at the rate of [6% (six percent)] annually. It is hereby clarified that the first escalation shall be done on 1stApril of the year following the year of publication of the RFQ. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions relating to computation of User Fees as set out in this Clause 27.1.2 has been illustrated in Schedule-J. 27.1.3 The Parties agree that Zonal Railway shall undertake all payment obligations for and on behalf of MOR with respect to User Fee under this Article 27. It is also agreed that such undertaking of payment obligations by the Zonal Railways shall not in any manner absolve MOR from any liability or obligation under this Agreement.

User Fee. In consideration for the license to use the Licensed Application granted herein and the provision of the Bundled Services, Customer shall pay TruQC the subscription fees as set forth in the SOW (“Subscription Fee” or “License Fee”). Unless otherwise set forth in the SOW, each month, Customer shall pay TruQC the Subscription Fee for those Authorized Users whose Access Credentials made available access to the Bundled Services at any point during the previous calendar month. All Subscription Fees paid under this Agreement shall be non-refundable. Unless otherwise set forth in the SOW, the Subscription Fee may be automatically increased by up to five percent (5%) at the commencement of each Renewal Term.

User Fee. The City of Bellingham shall pay an annual User Fee to the City of Lynden in consideration of the facilities made available to Medic 75 under this Agreement. The User Fee shall be paid in advance for each calendar year on or before January 1, or within 30 days of invoicing, whichever is later. The amount of the User Fee shall be as follows:

User Fee. Each month Eschelon shall pay Global Crossing a “User Fee.” The total User Fee will consist of two components: (i) Pre-Xxxx Amount (estimated usage): The Pre-Xxxx Amount for the current month shall be equal to the greater of (a) the Minimum EUC times the Fee Per End-User; or (b) *** of Eschelon’s actual EUC from the previous month as indicated on Eschelon’s current months Invoice times the Fee Per End User.

User Fee. There is a charge for requesting a determination letter, but the charge is significantly reduced for regional prototype plans. Please complete and attach Form 8717, User Fee for Employee Plan Determination Letter Request, to Form 5307 when requesting a determination letter. The first character of the serial number assigned to the plan indicates the latest law change for which the plan had been amended. For example, the letter "D" indicates the plan was amended for the Tax Reform Act of 1986, which generally became effective for plan years after the 1988 plan year. A notification letter will not be applicable after a change in qualification requirements unless the plan sponsor requests a new notification letter within 12 months after the change. The plan sponsor must provide those employers for whom the employer is continuing to sponsor the plan with a copy of the amendments and the new notification letter within 60 days of the receipt of the new letter. If a change requires modification of the adoption agreement, employers must execute the new agreement by the later of 6 months after issuance of the new notification letter, or the end of the period specified in Internal Revenue Code section 401(b). If the application for a notification letter was submitted to the Service within certain time frames, the plan generally need not be amended again unless required to do so by legislation. The application was submitted to the Service within these time frames, if the following paragraph appears in the notification letter: "For purposes of sections 15.02 and 15.03 of Rev. Proc. 89-13, 1989-1 C.B. 801, your application was received timely".

User Fee. Client agrees to pay to HCHB a one-time per user fee (the “User Fee”) in the amount specified on Schedule “A” for the number of Licensed Users designated by Client from time to time during the term hereof as Licensed Users of the Licensed Software . The initial number of Licensed Users of Client (“Initial Licensed Users”) and the initial User Fee are designated on Schedule “A” hereto. User Fees for additional Licensed Users are due upon authorization of such users by HCHB and will be payable under the same terms and conditions of the initial User Fee (over the 5 years thereafter).

User Fee. After this Agreement is reviewed and accepted by Rock Harbor, User’s slip is assigned, and User has been notified by the Rock Harbor Board of Directors or its delegate, User shall pay Rock Harbor a fee in the applicable amount(s), which is non-refundable: a. Boat Slip: $325.00 b. Kayak Rack: $50.00 c. Jet Ski Lift: $200.00 d. Trailer/RV Parking: $300.00.
