Proprietary Seismic Data definition

Proprietary Seismic Data means the Seismic Data which is 100% beneficially owned by the Vendor which is associated with the seismic lines listed in Schedule "I";
Proprietary Seismic Data means the Geophysical Data (including in raw data form and merged data sets) which is wholly owned by the Vendors or their Affiliates, or the Vendors and their Affiliates in the aggregate, to the extent such information and data was acquired or obtained in respect of lands within the Whitemap Area, provided that where any of such Geophysical Data contains data pertaining to lands within the Whitemap Area, the entirety of such data set (uncropped) shall be considered Proprietary Seismic Data notwithstanding that it may include data pertaining to lands that cross over the boundary of the Whitemap Area.
Proprietary Seismic Data means all geophysical, seismic, and geological data which has been collected or obtained during the course of the 3D seismic survey conducted by SM affecting Lands covered in whole or in part by the Leases, and including any processed or reprocessed data.

More Definitions of Proprietary Seismic Data

Proprietary Seismic Data means Vendor’s interest in seismic data owned by Vendor jointly with one or more Third Parties, to the extent such data is in respect of the Lands or lands located on or within 1.6 kilometers of the Lease 50 Lands, and is described in Schedule “C”, but specifically excludes all trade or licensed seismic data, and any proprietary interpretations of such data or derivative products thereof;
Proprietary Seismic Data means all proprietary seismic data that is wholly owned by Chinook or WOGH, but only to the extent such information and data covers the Lands and is described in Schedule "I" to the Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Contractor attributional/proprietary information means information that identifies the contractor(s), whether directly or indirectly, by the grouping of information that can be traced back to the contractor(s) (e.g., program description, facility locations), personally identifiable information, as well as trade secrets, commercial or financial information, or other commercially sensitive information that is not customarily shared outside of the company.

The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Proprietary school means a school that uses a certain plan or method to teach a trade, occupation, or vocation for a consideration, reward, or promise of any kind. Proprietary school includes, but is not limited to, a private business, trade, or home study school. Proprietary school does not include any of the following:

  • Proprietary Software means computer software developed for and owned by the Failed Bank for its own purpose and use.

  • Company Proprietary Software means all software owned by the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Proprietary Information and Technology means any and all of the following: works of authorship, computer programs, source code and executable code, whether embodied in software, firmware or otherwise, assemblers, applets, compilers, user interfaces, application programming interfaces, protocols, architectures, documentation, annotations, comments, designs, files, records, schematics, test methodologies, test vectors, emulation and simulation tools and reports, hardware development tools, models, tooling, prototypes, breadboards and other devices, data, data structures, databases, data compilations and collections, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, discoveries, improvements, technology, proprietary and confidential ideas and information, know-how and information maintained as trade secrets, tools, concepts, techniques, methods, processes, formulae, patterns, algorithms and specifications, customer lists and supplier lists and any and all instantiations or embodiments of the foregoing or any Intellectual Property Rights in any form and embodied in any media.

  • Proprietary Data means Data embodying trade secrets developed at private expense or commercial or financial information that is privileged or confidential, and that includes a restrictive notice, unless the Data is:

  • Trade Secrets means trade secrets, know-how and other confidential or proprietary technical, business and other information, including manufacturing and production processes and techniques, research and development information, technology, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data, financial, marketing and business data, pricing and cost information, business and marketing plans, customer and supplier lists and information, and all rights in any jurisdiction to limit the use or disclosure thereof.

  • Project Intellectual Property means the legal rights relating to inventions (including Subject Inventions as defined in 37 CFR 401), patent applications, patents, copyrights, trademarks, mask works, trade secrets, and any other legally protectable information, including computer software, first made or generated during the performance of this STTR Agreement.

  • Confidential System Information means any communication or record (whether oral, written, electronically stored or transmitted, or in any other form) provided to or made available to Grantee; or that Grantee may create, receive, maintain, use, disclose or have access to on behalf of HHSC or through performance of the Project, which is not designated as Confidential Information in a Data Use Agreement.

  • Confidential Materials means all tangible materials containing Confidential Information, including without limitation written or printed documents and computer disks or tapes, whether machine or user readable.

  • Product Intellectual Property means all of the following related to a Divestiture Product (other than Product Licensed Intellectual Property):

  • Proprietary Information shall have the same meaning as Confidential Information.

  • Secret or “Top Secret”; or  is exempt information as set out in Part 2 of FOISA (disregarding for that purpose whether a provision of Part 2 does not confer absolute exemption within the meaning of section 2(2) of FOISA).

  • Proprietary mark or “brand” means the mark or brand of a product which is owned by an industrial firm;

  • Customer Proprietary Network Information (“CPNI”) is as defined in the Act.

  • Medical information means any information about a consumer's medical or mental health treatment or diagnosis by a health care professional.

  • Contractor's Confidential Information means any information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business affairs, developments, trade secrets, know-how, Contractor’s Personnel and suppliers of the Contractor, including IPRs, together with all information derived from the above, and any other information clearly designated as being confidential (whether or not it is marked as "confidential") or which ought reasonably to be considered to be confidential, including the Commercially Sensitive Information.

  • Confidential or Proprietary Information means any secret, confidential or proprietary information of the Company or an affiliate (not otherwise included in the definition of a Trade Secret under this Employment Agreement) that has not become generally available to the public by the act of one who has the right to disclose such information without violation of any right of the Company or its affiliates.

  • Licensed Intellectual Property means Intellectual Property licensed to the Company pursuant to the Company IP Agreements.

  • Company Licensed Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property that is licensed to the Company or a Subsidiary by any third party.
