Prospective Business definition

Prospective Business means any business carried on within the United Kingdom which wholly or partly competes with any business which at the Date of Termination the Company or any of its subsidiaries or associates proposes to carry on in the immediate or foreseeable future, save for any such business in relation to which the Executive did not possess a material amount of Confidential Information as at the Date of Termination;
Prospective Business means any business which the Company or any Group Company is actively preparing to become involved in at the Termination Date provided that the Executive has either been appraised of its details or materially involved in its preparations at any time during the 12 months prior to the Termination Date.
