Protections Order definition

Protections Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving Section 5.10 and Article VIII pursuant to sections 105, 363, 503(b) and 364 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Data Protection Law means the applicable legislation protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of persons and their right to privacy with regard to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement (and includes, as far as it concerns the relationship between the parties regarding the processing of Personal Data by SAP on behalf of Customer, the GDPR as a minimum standard, irrespective of whether the Personal Data is subject to GDPR or not).

  • Public health emergency means an emergency with respect to COVID–19 declared by a Federal, State, or local authority.

  • Data Protection Act means Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.

  • Local Bankruptcy Rules means the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Practice and Procedure of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

  • Bankruptcy Rules means the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.

  • Code Section 409A means Section 409A of the Code and the regulations and guidance promulgated thereunder.
