In the event that the entry of, as applicable, the Buyer Bid Protections Order, the Disclosure Statement Order, the Confirmation Order or any other Order reasonably necessary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement is appealed, Buyer shall use its reasonable commercial efforts to cooperate with Seller in the defense of such appeal.
